The Significance of a Good Sale Page

author Posted by: Lambert on date Nov 25th, 2008 | filed Filed under: Marketing

An efficient web sales copy is the secret to boosting sales. These days of amplified and widespread application of the Internet and burgeoning clashes in the market of online businesses, a website’s got to have a superb sales copy in order to draw the customers and entice them to purchase the items/products or services that you offer.

The importance of a good sales copy

A good sales copy is a secret of gaining the confidence of the target viewers for your business. Hence, when writing a sales copy, your primary objective must be to capture the attention of your prospective clients. The sales copy must work like a personal and unswerving line of attack to the reader’s mind; also you must answer all their inquiries and provide them with just the right explanation to their queries.

For all time, remember that the lone basis for the readers to form an opinion regarding the company’s services or products is the sales copy. As a result, it must be able to present a comprehensible description of your company, and things or products that it can offer. For the purpose of making your sales copy efficient, the heading should be attention-grabbing and must have the ability to pull the attention of the page’s viewers at the a first glance.

There are different kinds of sales copy which are created by means of a sales copy generator:

To make an effectual and persuasive copy, there are sales copy generators, which are actually a software programs that can be put to use by the companies that mostly do their business online. Through the assistance of a sales copy generator, you can make a sales copy for your website to be able to know about the demands of prospective customers.

The software can help in selecting the correct words that will draw customers and then keep hold of their attention. The paragraphs and sentences formed are brief so that the readers can have visual breaks in between. Through a sales copy generator, the body of the copy stays agreeably from its beginning to end. Chief attention is furnished to the advantages of the use of the products or services instead of itemizing its features.

Also, this software program lets the companies produce a sales copy that appear more professional through the aid of the footers, product images, and headers. The program is also able to put in headlines and sub-headlines at strategic positions in order to capture the interest of the readers and induce them to read what it has to tell. By making a sales copy via the help of a sales copy generator, you will most probably be able to conserve your time and effort.

The sales copy which is generated from the software program is rather motivating beginning from its header to the last part which is the footer. The sequence of the sentences is prearranged in a nice way that the reader will be encouraged to read the whole sales page thoroughly.

Also, include the testimonials, so customers can post their experience and satisfaction with the products or services bought from you. Aside from that, a sound sales copy is also useful in inviting affiliates since a lot of them have thoroughly scrutinize your copy and hence they will determine if they would want to advertise the products you offered or not.

How To Write a Good Headline

author Posted by: Lambert on date Nov 23rd, 2008 | filed Filed under: Uncategorized

As a member of the internet marketing industry, we want make sure you are getting the most out of your advertising dollar. Knowing HOW to advertise can improve your chances tremendously in making a profit.

One of the misconceptions that new marketers believe is that you can send your ad to ANYONE and OMEONE will buy. As long as you put your ad in front of a lot of people, someone ought to buy your product. There may be *some* truth to that but…

…this is not necessarily true.

There are a lot of variables in the sales process that makes a person buy your product or service. Getting these variables correct improves the chances that people will buy your product or service over and over again.

For example, did you know that there are certain words that actually trigger the spam filters and prevents your email from getting through to your prospect?

Words like "money" or phrases like "click here" get flagged by email spam filters and they stop your email ad from getting through. So if your email ad doesn’t get through, it is impossible to make a sale.

We will cover this topic in more detail in another article, but we just wanted to give you an example of the variables you are dealing with.

Here is today’s lesson from Daniel Levis.

=======================================================
The Amazing Profit Power of Headlines!
=======================================================

Did you know, that it’s literally impossible to stop thinking? If you don’t believe me, try it.

There’s an incessant conversation going on inside our heads, only a portion of which we are even aware.

At any given point in time, there are a number of major themes playing themselves out.

You’ll have a hell of a time selling anything, until you can find a way to enter the conversation. And it’s your opening, or Headline, that gets you in.

Have you ever visited a web site and found yourself wondering what to click on?

Every page should have a headline shouldn’t it?

Something that telegraphs the benefits that you can expect, if you stick around. Studies prove that if a web site visitor doesn’t find something that engages her interest in 6 seconds or less, she’s out of there. Never make the all too common assumption that your prospects are going to carefully examine, consider, or navigate the content on your web site, just because it’s there. Human nature at work again, right?  Falling in love with our own babies.

Remember this, your customers don’t give a rat’s a** about your business, or your products, or your web site, unless it gratifies them to do so. And they demand instant gratification! So give it them, with your Headline.

Your  Headline is THE most important thing about any web page, or for that matter any form of media, including all forms of advertising, editorial, press release, signage, a restaurant menu, you name it. It doesn’t matter how good the main body of the message is, if nobody reads it.

It amazes me how rare it is to visit a commercial web site that makes use of great headlines.

‘What Makes A Great Headline?’

Let me give you a couple of hints. A good headline is about your customer’s situation. A great headline enters the conversation already going on in her mind, and leaves no doubt about how she can benefit from reading the main body of the text.

Suppose you were selling a colic remedy.

‘Are You a Young Mom with a Colicky New Born, Looking for a Good Nights Sleep?’

Doesn’t this appeal to one of her greatest human needs? Self Preservation. Do you think she’ll invest a few
more minutes to sell herself on the product, by reading the rest of the copy?

A great headline takes advantage of human curiosity. Suppose you were selling women’s clothing.

‘Don’t Make These Embarrassing Fashion Faux Pas!’

She’ll be thinking, Hmm, I wonder what kind of embarrassing fashion faux pas I might be making?

A good headline is NOT about you! It’s NOT

‘We Have the Highest Quality Merchandise, with Great Service Selection, and Everyday Low Prices!’

As consumers, aren’t we bombarded by this kind of meaningless platitude all day long, day in and day out? It rolls off the human psyche like water off a ducks back.

Appeal to human instincts in your headlines, and your copy, and watch your business grow! But don’t try to reinvent the wheel.

Until then, Good Selling!

If you love to write and give your friends advice, why not take these two things you’re good at and turn them into a money-making venture? That’s right. This need not be the case. When you like to write, know how to, and have tons of tips to share to others, you already have the essential ingredients for making eBooks.

In the old days, getting published was very difficult. Aspiring authors had to go from one publishing house to another and turn in samples of their work. All you need to do is write down useful and practical how-to’s, give your work a quick once over, and then turn it over to someone who can convert it to PDF format – assuming you don’t know how to, of course. Naturally, you just can’t make eBooks without taking a few things to mind. The first is that your eBook should be easy to read, understand, and follow. When you write for an audience, you write not to impress but to explain. Thus, simple language is key.

Why not learn how to make eBooks that sell now? Dave Lovelace’s ‘InfoProduct Creation Guide’ can show you how. This manual is the shortest route to getting your start in digital publishing and then getting to the finish line fast. How Can People Blog for Cash?

author Posted by: Lambert on date Nov 17th, 2008 | filed Filed under: Marketing

Blogs have proven to be the most popular websites. Primarily created to be online journals less than a decade ago, blogs have efficiently evolved into websites that hold information about all things under the sun.

And because blogs are no longer restricted to personal diary-like entries, bloggers can give their own opinions about public matters, making blogs more interesting and engaging than they once were.

Compared to any other type of website, blogs are considerably easier to make money with because they have the ingredients that are necessary for generating traffic.

Blogs are diverse, informative, entertaining, creative, and very convenient.

Blogging for cash is one of the best options for those looking for income on the Internet. People who are new to the world of blogging usually have a hard time understanding just how writing and publishing entries on the Internet can mean money.

One of the key concepts in the explanation for this is popularity. A blog can be considered popular if it has developed quite a following of people (also referred to as traffic), which can be determined by the number of hits - or visits - that the blog gets every day.

Becoming popular depends on a number of factors, including the choice of topic or industry of the blogger, the quality of blog entries or posts, and promotional tactics that the blogger may use, such as word of mouth or linking. Nevertheless, when a blog becomes popular, it also becomes a viable medium for advertising, which is basically how blogging for cash is made possible.

When a blog interests many people, the traffic it creates is converted into money through advertising.

The main revenue streams of successful blogs include ad boxes, contextual ads, affiliate programs, and text links. Ad boxes, of which Google AdSense is the best example, are the most common of these revenue streams.

Any blogger can sign up for Google AdSense without having to pay any fee. On the contrary, it is Google who will pay whenever any of the ads they display on the blogger’s site gets clicked on.

Contextual ads are ads that are spread out all throughout an entire entry. They usually come in text words that are linked so that when a reader clicks on the target word, he or she will be led to an advertisement.

Intelitxt and Kontrera are major companies that offer this kind of pay-per-click service to bloggers.

Affiliate programs refer to the services offered by companies whose products bloggers sell on their sites, such as Amazon and eBay.

Text links pertain to the use of one company that will sell the ads placed in a blogger’s site. In a sense, the blogger passes the responsibility to said company and he or she gets paid on a monthly, not pay-per-click, basis.

All this is what blogging for cash is all about. Starting a blog is relatively easy; the hard part is maintaining it.

To do this, there are many tips you can find online that will help you become a successful, established blogger who writes and earns at the same time.

Blogging for cash

author Posted by: Lambert on date Nov 15th, 2008 | filed Filed under: Articles for website promotion

If you are currently experiencing some shortage of cash, these are a couple of reasons why blogging for profit could be the most viable option for you.

It really depends if you just want to earn some short-term money or you really want to start an online business. But in whatever case, these are plus factors for you to make money with your blog:

Blogs are for free. This means you don’t need any capital, no excessive effort to put up internet marketing. It’s like acquiring an office without paying the down payment and the advance rent. So you get your space in the cyberworld without shedding bucks.

Blogging for cash - freelance writing, selling your photos, buy-and-selling your old books and clothes, among others - are things you could go during your spare time, or even during short cigarette and coffee breaks while at your regular job. To make money with your blog therefore could be considered a part time job. It would not interfere with the “physical” engagements you need to respond to during the day.

Internet marketing is a new form of skill that some people just learn by observing the existing online marketing sites and taking some tips little by little.

Most people would ask you to apply in some short course in college or university just to have such skill, but if you are dedicated and persevering, you could actually learn internet marketing by practicing it through your blog.

Small steps at the beginning, but when you learn it well, you could go one step further and building on your online business.

Joint businesses with friends could easily be monitored through blogging websites. Even if you are cities or states away from each other, you could monitor the business jointly through internet marketing.

And since you cannot afford to hire an employee for a small scale business as of now, you would have to make the most out of the possibilities of sitting in personally on your business. That spells blogging for cash for you right now.

Blogging for profit allows you to put some personal touch in your business without even saying a word, and maybe without introducing who you are.

Face to face marketing risks the impression management failure - if the client does not get the right vibes with you, then most probably you would not be able to sell anything to him or her. But online, through a blog brilliantly written with some very interesting visual aids, the potential client would be attracted to your products and deals on their own.

This is good especially if, quite honestly, you are not sure how good of a marketer you are just yet, personally.

Keeping up with your business through a blog would allow you to make the most out of the opportunities of technology. Online banking, synchronizing mobile banking, real time business negotiations - these are gifts of the information, technological age.

And with technology comes convenience and speed. Those are what make small scale businesses grow big really fast.

Benefits of niche blogging

author Posted by: Lambert on date Nov 14th, 2008 | filed Filed under: Articles for website promotion

You’ve heard about it, niche blogging, but you still can’t see what benefits there are to gain from doing it. I think it is a well known fact within the blogging world that when it comes to turning your blog into something profitable, you would need to target your niche markets.

But some people have gone beyond niche markets and also emphasized the importance of locating sub-niches that also have great potential for being profitable. But first, let’s recap and talk about what a niche is.

A niche is a target market that has good profit potentials and isn’t saturated by your competitors. The idea is to find a market that not only interests you but also one that is unique, allowing you to stand out more.

But of course, you would also want it to be profitable. Meaning, there has to be a decent number of people interested in that niche as well. After all, you are blogging for profit.

Niche blogging would also make your blog more interactive as you get people who are genuinely interested in reading about what you have on your blog. This open discussion would also help in making your blog grow even further.

Niche blogs are also more alive due to this interactivity between you and your readers that other sites don’t offer. This would help you get to know the people who go on your blog even more and learn about the things they like.

Knowing your readers would also help you in improving the kind of articles you have on your site as well as choosing the kind of products to promote.

In no time, you will see the benefits of having this communication with your readers as more and more people come onto your blog. As long as you keep putting up informative and relevant articles, the number would just increase.

So make sure that you keep the articles entertaining and don’t mix it around too much. Keep your blog updated and try to always be ahead when it comes to news. Once people realize that they can rely on your blog for the latest on whatever topic it is you’re writing about, they are sure to come back each and every time slowly building you a loyal reader base.

Another thing that every good blogger knows is to stick to one topic and don’t mix a number of different subjects in one post.

This would distract your reader from the actual point of your post and eventually make them lose interest.

The key to a successful blog is to have the ability to keep the reader interested even when you are writing about just one topic. So choose one that you are very passionate about so that you’ll find various things to write about which are all relevant to your niche.

Do write with passion as this would manifest itself in the articles you write. An article that is rushed would most likely end up not as interesting as an article that is well researched and well thought out. So when your write for your blog, make sure that you provide relevant and up to date information without becoming boring.

How Articles and Ghostwriters Promote your Business

author Posted by: Lambert on date Nov 8th, 2008 | filed Filed under: Articles for website promotion

If you’re planning to launch a website that regularly entertains or informs readers and viewers, there are several methods available nowadays to help you gain more visitors in your site.

Probably one of the best ways to do this is for you (or your website) to produce instructive, useful and compelling articles. Good quality articles can help you promote your website and get a better ranking at major search engines.

Your articles posted in the website should be educational and diverting enough to catch the attention of readers. They must also be applicable and pertinent to the theme of your website.

For instance, if your website is about website themes and designs, it’s imperative that the articles posted on your website related to your primary subject, such as tips on how to change your own website designs or basic overview on HTML codes can be one of the highlights of your site or blog.

Aside from informative contents, they should also be well written and easy to understand. People search the World Wide Web mostly to get help or to get an idea on what’s the best thing to do with their situation. These people are more inclined to read when it’s easy to understand rather than editorials that will confuse them more.

Once you’ve established a solid and consistent flow of articles, you can be sure that a lot of your followers will recommend your website to others thus prompting more visitors to your site.

You also need to look at the larger picture of things. Make it a point to use words that can be understood in the United States and in United Kingdom.

Your written words can also be used in another method.

Another way to increase your traffic is to submit them to article directories that allow backlinks and resource box for you to promote your site. You can use the articles posted at article directories as a teaser for your own website. O

bviously, in writing articles, you need to be a capable, if not excellent, writer. However, a lot of website owners either don’t have the knack of writing or just don’t have the available time to spare. T

his are the times when you need to think about employing ghostwriter(s) for your website. A ghostwriter is an actual but unofficial content writer. They write stories, articles and editorials for specific clients or publishers.

The great thing about hiring a one is that you don’t have to worry if you can’t come up with an article for your site or for article directories. Your ghostwriter will take care of that for you.

Hiring a ghostwriter can be an investment for your business. Most of them are freelance writers that have a college degree.

If you’re site is about website themes and designs, you can hire a certified web designer to write your articles.

These are just a few of so many ways on how to increase the traffic for your website. Just choose what’s best for you and your site.

The Web’s Best-Kept Traffic Secret

author Posted by: Lambert on date Oct 30th, 2008 | filed Filed under: Articles for website promotion

(c) Jim Edwards - All Rights reserved

Did you realize that thousands of website operators use a
simple technique to generate targeted visitors to their
websites without paying a dime in advertising? It’s true.

In fact, the technique works so well that many of them
don’t want you to discover how they get those thousands of
website visitors and make so many sales on virtual “auto-
pilot.”

Their method?

Creating tightly focused articles other people publish in
their ezines (online magazines and email newsletters) and
post on their websites. This method rates so powerful that
some even call it “the web’s best kept traffic secret.”

Now, you may ask, “Why would an ezine publisher or website
owner publish my articles for their subscribers?”

The answer: Content!

Over a 100,000 ezines and newsletters operate on the web
(along with millions of websites) covering everything from
pets and cooking to investments and real estate. Many of
them need tightly focused content and they simply can’t
produce all of it themselves.

Look at it this way… it’s the same reason newspapers use
the Associated Press. Individual newspapers often can’t
afford staff writers to cover every story, so they accept
articles from outside their organization.

You can do the exact same thing for various ezines and
websites catering to your niche audience!

You can get valuable publicity — exposure you often
couldn’t even pay for if you wanted to — by providing
valuable, content-rich articles in exchange for a byline
and a link to your website (called a “resource box”)!

The following represent only a few of the enormous benefits
of writing and distributing simple articles online:

** Attain “Expert” Status **

Let’s face it! In the eyes of virtually everyone who reads
your articles you rank as the “expert” on the subject.

Just look at people who write newspaper columns. You
may disagree with their viewpoints, but they still have an
elevated status in your mind compared to the “average Joe”
off the street.

** Pre-sell Website Visitors **

If your article appeals to a niche audience hungry for more
information on a very focused subject, you actually pre-
sell them better than any sales pitch. In their minds,
you’ve already delivered content they really want so when
they click over to your site you already have a
“reputation” in their minds.

** Traffic Lasts Longer **

Even though the Internet changes very quickly, webmasters
are usually very slow to remove content from their sites.
Once you get an article posted on another person’s website,
you have an excellent chance of that article staying there
for weeks, months, even years.

** Increase Links To Your Site **

In a recent search I found just a dozen of my articles
posted on over 813 different websites! Not only do those
postings bring me traffic, but they also help my search
engine positioning because of my increased “Link
Popularity.”

** Builds Your Affiliate Base **

Fact: Affiliates always take the path of least resistance.

If you provide excellent articles they can easily post on
their sites or copy and paste into their ezines, your
affiliates will promote you more often and more effectively
compared to those who don’t give them tools.

Plus, as you make more sales and publish articles, other
people will see you providing excellent tools and will want
to sign up as your affiliate so they can use them too!

** Build a Huge “Opt-In” Email List **

You can use articles to build up a huge list of subscribers
by simply compiling several articles into a series and
delivering them at preset intervals.

Often called a “mini-course,” this technique allows you not
only to prove to your subscribers that you deliver great
information, but enables you to capture their name and
email adress so you can send them articles and special
offers in the future (with their permission).

** Requires No Special Skills **

People often think they need to be a “writer” in order to
publish articles, but that’s not true!

FACT: If you have a passion for a subject and can talk and
explain things like you would to a friend over a cup of
coffee, you can write articles people will love to read.

So if you operate a website selling virtually any type of
product or service (whether your own or as an affiliate),
publishing and promoting with articles should rank high on
your list of traffic generation strategies.

No other method of generating targeted traffic to your
website provides the quality, quantity and steadiness of
traffic in such a simple, straightforward, and cost-
effective manner.
